Not good enough. No where near. Putin in chains, full exodus of Russian ghouls to established borders and a punishing control of Russia’s future until full reparations are made. At a minimum.
With what army? Ukraine needs to get to EU and NATO to do that.
We would all like to see Putler in Nuremberg but we are at arms race with him.
Race he will loose in any longer term. Time is not by his side but unless RuSSian army itself collapses we can't do a thunder run to Moskov yet.
