BREAKING: The California Assembly has passed a bill to put Governor Gavin Newsom’s redistricting plan on the November 4 ballot.
It's easier to get the Assembly and Senate than California voters. I got an email this morning from my Assemblyman that he was voting yes, as I expected since he's in the Bay Area. I suspect the Senate will also agree.
