A nuclear reactor on the moon? Sounds like the premise for a science fiction horror story, not to mention a colossal waste of money. God, this “administration”sucks.
Ultimately appropriate, but not in the foreseeable future. If it's powerful enough to power a small colony, then it likely will require routine monitoring and maintenance. None of which will exist for decades.
