Wondering why Americans are not demanding that our political elites and the people who run our news media talk about the Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929 while we are listening to all this chazerai conversation about how Texas' state government is working right now.
Texas' Republicans are just acting as they have for at least two decades now, and if we had a US House that approximated being a democratic body, we most likely would not be dealing with this silliness.
