A few years ago while working with kids in their early teens, a large chunk of a 7" vinyl single came out of their test pit and I had to explain to them what it was. Another TP produced a piece of the same plastic toy petrol station that I had as a kid. Old? We're archaeology... :)

The thing that made me definitely feel old was the discovery of kids nowadays wearing shirts of and listening to bands from “our days” like we did to Janis Joplin and The Doors back then.

I had a similar experience seeing the bouncer ball I had as a child in an art/design museum, a while back.
