I always thought it would be delightful to see a group of dogs playing poker, but when it actually happened in real life, the whole scene was disconcerting. The dogs had human eyes, and their playing cards were decorated with arcane symbols, and the dogs kept growling my name backwards.

this happened to a buddy of mine. he joined them for a round, ended up gambling away his voice. he just barks now, and somewhere there's a dog with human eyes and a different human's voice
