BOTH pathologists agreed it was not suicide, possibly homicide!
Several compression fractures in the neck and hyoid bone, Burst capillaries in his face, syringe mark in his arm and deep bruising of his shoulder (From hanging on a 5 foot bedstead) And Epstein was 6'1". That normally happens when you commit suicide. They both agreed in the end it was suicide.

They didn't agree:
"[Dr. Michael] Baden said that injuries found on Epstein's body, including fractures to his larynx and hyoid bone, were "extremely unusual in suicidal hangings" and more consistent with "homicidal strangulation."
