What's fun about this is it actually disincentivizes health (as much as you can control) because being healthier means you have to expose yourself to more risk
How is someone gonna show "proof" of physical inactivity? I think that's the loophole if you want a vax and don't meet any other requirement: "hi, I'm lazy as fuck, please give me my covid jab, okthxbye!"
