There is simply no way you can be sure of this.
Does Jan 6th ring a bell? Do you think millions of patriotic citizens who favor a democracy such as we've had for 250 years are just going to give up and start living under a dictatorship?

At least half of the country already has given up, or believe authoritarianism is preferable. The other half, if they tried to storm the Capitol, could be mowed down by the military upon command as an official act by the now immune President.
