McConnell really thinks his constituents and every other Kentuckian is truly stupid! He thinks less of them, worst than trump thinks of him! It's sad that 90% of Kentucky people live on or below the poverty line AND McConnell APPROVED OF AND SIGNED THAT big ugly bill!!!!
