    As a retired VA nurse, the VA had come so far to improve veterans care in the 30 yrs I worked there but from what I hear from friends still there morale has never been this low and as hard as they try to provide quality care it’s becoming increasingly difficult

  5. Liberals should socialize their own healthcare system now. Buy liberal doctors, nurses. Reject any patient with ties to the Republican Party. We liberals can all drop our heath insurance in mass, then use some of that money to socialize a healthcare system by us/for us.

  6. My father was a chief of physical medicine at VA hospitals for his entire career. He loved the VA and lived in a VA nursing center until his death. He is spinning in his grave with what is happening to the VA.

  8. My doctor and I were talking about the cuts to doctors at the VA . She thought they needed to cut back. I disagreed as the Mother of three veterans. So I received a letter from her the other day that she will be closing her office because she accepted a job at the VA. 🙄

  10. My husband with Parkinson’s has needs outside what Medicare approves. Under Trump, they’re not quick to deliver the pricier approved equipment and have the feeling they hope our veterans with serious issues will die in the meantime.

  11. It makes me so angry!!! The VA is a place any healthcare worker should be proud to work at! I never wanted to be a nurse anywhere else! I love working with the veteran population, and their specialized needs can't be as effectively taken care of in the private sector! VA medical centers are (1/

  12. As a Veteran I've seen the services decline for a decade. Which wasn't good to begin with. Still I'm thankful for what I get. It's a big ship to turn around.
