Abortion is healthcare. I was 18 weeks pregnant, and our fetus died. Abortion was the only way of saving my life. Easy? No. Grief stricken? Yes. Necessary? Sadly, absolutely.
I had one who also die at 16+ weeks then had another that was alive at 17 weeks but I developed preeclampsia. These two abortions saved my life.
