Legally, there isn't the slightest basis to the complaint, even on the most extreme possible interpretation of the Supreme Court judgement. A shop floor is not a single sex space, regardless of whether they sell bras or not. This is just hatred and spite, unleashed.
What an orgy of abuse, insults and misogyny in response to your post Ian. Whatever your view of this event, plenty of women don't want men in female spaces. For sure, no law was broken except the law of respect for female boundaries. Why is this so hard to accept?

Is an M&S shop floor a female only space?

What did you expect. It’s a story about trans people, so of course abusive, insulting & misogynistic gender critical men like yourself were going to come out of the woodwork to harass women & trans people.
Only gender criticals want men in female spaces.
The mother violated female boundaries

No trans person has ever caused a problem for you in real life.
Why is it so hard for you to accept that you might be prejudiced?
I mean, of course, it’s difficult for anyone to accept that.
But regardless, do the work.
