Al Jazeera said four of its journalists were killed in an Israeli strike on their tent in Gaza City, citing the head of a local hospital.

  1. He was located in a gray zone (not under effective IDF control), and he was not a very high value target worth sieging and raiding the hospital area yet again to 'scoop up'.

    Of course, that argues against a strike with collateral damage (the other Al-Jazeera employees)...
