Pasteurized milk is great! Vaccines are great! Food regulations save lives! It feels weird any of these things are "up for debate". I feel goofy quoting NACHO LIBRE, but I believe in science.

Pasteurised milk products are basically my lifeline as they're fat and protein guaranteed to be free of histamine and histamine producing microrganisms. I tried raw milk just the one time, before I knew my genome and...it wasn't pretty. Science is my friend.

Pasteurized milk has a longer shelf life, so it's commercially important. Raw milk tastes better and is more nutritious.
Some vaccines are great. Other vaccines are harmful and ineffective.
Science isn't something to "believe in". That's religion.
