FYI, if you're concerned about all of the mRNA vaccine misinformation spreading everywhere, it's a good idea to stop sharing Taylor Lorenz as a source on anything, because it's inadvertently helping legitimize the wildly unscientific mRNA vaccine misinformation she keeps posting.

I had a mild reaction to the COVID vaccine when it was new (fever and bad cramping in my arm) but you know what else happened? I didn't end up hospitalized despite being high risk for hospitalization. I am very annoyed by the misinformation.

Misinformation about mRNA vaccines is not purely a right wing issue, it's just that when the exact same pieces of misinformation are spread in liberal and left spaces, they're wrapped in the falsehood that the misinformation is about protecting disabled people, even as misinfo harms them the most.

I stopped following her years ago. Shes got a good following but she's most definitely not a science journalist.
