Unlikely. In general, stuff that opposing counsel doesn't see -- "in camera material" -- is lodged, not filed (meaning physically delivered).

Maybe, but recently in the District of Minnesota they changed the way under seal filings were done. I don’t know about criminal, but civil sealed exhibits & even qui tam filings are electronic now. They used to be provided on discs or USBs & kept in the clerk’s office but last year they changed it.
