I'm having horrific occipital migraines and I'm having surgery for them in a month but right now I take a lot of pot to deal with the pain and it's so easy to open up some wine and then no, no I won't be doing the laundry. Not tonight.

Good luck with the surgery - I'm not unfamiliar with your self medication approach. I've just spent 40 mins watching a documentary about British horror films instead of writing/doing a to-do list for the day.
