This is a sequence of verifiable facts. I saw what was coming and I wasn't living in the US. I don't understand how this is not tracked back and analysed. It should be (and probably is, somewhere) a thorough review of political decisions screwing military and foreign policy outcomes - for decades.

all true but to give credit where credit is due, Trump not Biden then ended the war which had dragged on with no end in sight. In all likelihood Biden would have kept things going as usual if he didn't have the deadlines that Trump negotiated.

Absolutely, Bidens evacuation of 120,000 people is such a short period is comparable to Dunkirk and Saigon which both won praise. Biden's evac was clean except for the one suicide bomber in which we unfortunately lost 13 American servicemen plus civilians. You will always hear 'chaotic evac'
