Reagan and Republicans dismantled the 1949 Fairness Doctrine that governed honesty and integrity in news opening the door for the likes of Rush Limbaugh 1988, and then Fox News, birthing the new propagandist infotainment that has rotted gullible American brains and thus the fabric of our democracy.
