"Two-spirit" comes to mind. Also "bayot," a Tagalog word that's historically a slur but has been reclaimed by some, leading to an incredible multilingual pun: homophobes and transphobes are called "antibiotics"
I did not know about it being a slur! I thought it was pre-colonial & neutral :oo I do have those written down, but I will add the note that the latter used to be a slur! 🌺 Asog & Bayog are neutral though, right? :oo

I don’t know a ton about this tbh — reading more, it looks like it can be used neutrally or derogatorily, so not really a slur but insulting in some contexts. But don’t take my word for it!
