Would he lose his positioning he gets disbarred? Genuine question here, and if that’s the case, why aren’t more ethics complaints being filed with the Bar for his disbarment? It would seem if that’s a tool, it needs to be used.

It's not a requirement to be a lawyer, to become a judge. The only way to stop this is bring charges against him for contempt of Congress.
