A landlord turned off Tenant Client's family's heat upon learning Client was an immigrant.

This week, landlord settled for enough that Client will buy a house.
At the very least I wish our landlord would sell the house to us. They are so short sighted (actually lazy/leech wanting us to pay them for work they don't do), always unwilling to spend any money, which costs them even more money later
They didn't upgrade the electricity (vintage glass fuses) until I saw correctly that the wires outside looked like they were about disintegrate (an electrician said yes that 1st winter they would have gone)
They have let the driveway crumble, left a giant tree stump out front to rot, WC floor rot
