There is no insurgency.
Not yet, but again if we are pushed to the brink of civil war or revolution an insurgency will form. There will be factional militias representing separatist interests. It will form and eventually even organize.

Stephen Marche’s book, the Next Civil War, describes the conflict being neighborhood to neighborhood.
He says we have been in the early stages of civil war for ten years. It starts politically.
