He was MURDERED.
it was a HATE CRIME because he is a gay Indigenous man.
Say those words. Do not dance around it. He wasn't "killed in a shooting." He was murdered in a hate crime.
Don't forget that the cops were complicit in the murder, too. Joss was the target of threats for months from people spewing homophobic rhetoric and the cops did nothing. And then the people who threatened to burn their home did that. And then they killed him.
