Somehow I doubt we’ll see this overturned in court. Our current SCOTUS is on the side of this segregation-workaround. States where this is happening will need to vote in new assembly members who will rescind the legislation that allows it, I think
How about starting a private charter school that focuses on diversity, equity, inclusions, LGBTQIA+ and democracy, ethics, morality and teaches politics to compensate the GOP?
