We need an update version of the Fairness Doctrine. Fox, Newsmax are not reporting news they are propaganda outlets and should have to disclose that they are not reporting facts.

    Fairness doctrine could not apply to cable channels like Fox or Newsmax. It only passed 1A muster when applied to radio/TV broadcasts on open air, and there were limited licenses available due to physical limitations on how many stations could broadcast without interfering and becoming unreadable
