Give the immigration courts judicial status like the tax court, the trade court, and the patent court and get it out of the executive branch.

I think this is not sufficient. The current court is engaged in imposing right wing policies with performative mutilation of stare decisis. The justices need to be investigated for corruption, and an executive with newly found powers (thanks to this court) should prosecute and remove them.
