Why don't we focus on the broken system on a bigger level? Use hand counted paper ballots. One person/one vote. Put a neutral grid to define districts. Term limits. Age limits. Abolish Electoral College and Citizens United. Limit campaign contributions. No insider trading. No felons for office.
