"Trump will host the Kennedy Center honors" obviously won't be the worst news today but it sure does exemplify some of the worst things going on: the narcissism, the North Korea-style Great Leaderism, the drive to subjugate institutions, the cultural degradation, etc.
not only did Trump assign himself the presenter role, but he seems to have selected the awardees as well
like the Presidential Medal of Freedom, he's effectively killed the honor
