Following the release of the Epstein Files:

How will we hold accountable those that are in powerful positions and were either complicit or participated in the crime?

Replies

  1. My guess is what ever your imagination will be satisfied with. I’m thinking real life accountability will never happen to those that it should - at least in this life time.

  2. Bondi started an investigation a few days before the vote to block the release of the files or to allow she and Trump to cherry pick what gets released. The reason we saw near unanimous votes to release was because congress members protecting pedophiles had assurance that they will remain shrouded.

  3. I suggest monitoring those rich and powerful enough to relocate to non-extradition countries.

  4. When you are seeking specific behavior from a pet, part of training is to ensure consequences immediately follow infractions. So, if we don't see immediate consequences and accountability for these pedos, they will consider the behavior acceptable. By all means, they must be held accountable now.

If companies are “Too big to fail”, can people be “Too wealthy to jail”?

  6. Prison for the rest of their lives. I do not care who it is either. You hurt innocent children, you pay with your freedom taken away. Period. And all their assets get split between their victims.

  7. Firing squads seem to be out of favour with democans. So, ignoring the danger and expense of keeping a few thousand traitors to the Republic alive, praps exile to some secure and isolated island could be created. We’ll have to keep Napoleon in mind. Thousands died after he erupted back on scene.

It will be difficult while Congress is still Republican. This is another reason why it is imperative we sweep clean the dirty Congress we have, including some Democrats. Then, we start with the ones we can get civil and federal charges against. Then we continue on till we get them all.

  9. Televised trials, with appropriate sentencing, that isn’t tied to wealth or connections. There also needs to be convictions of people who were complicit in their silence. We currently have two Supreme Court judges whose credible accusations of sexual assaults were covered up. We also had - until

  10. Investigate them at the state level. Investigate their use of banks, real estate, and other citizens of that state in conspiracies to commit crimes. Use RICO when possible, silo it as locally as possible to avoid corrupt pardons.

  11. Well, if some of them are sitting on the Supreme corrupt court, then laws will change to allow pedophiles and sex trafficking

  12. We have courts, don't we? Rule of law and all that. If they did crimes they should be held accountable. To get at what I'm sure your actual point is we need to do away with the two tier justice system where the rich manage to avoid punishment.

  13. Exactly my point all along. What are they going to do, stomp into the White House and drag the idiot out? What about others who are currently in office? I don’t see an end game to this. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  14. Hakeem Jeffries took money from Jeffrey Epstein.

Stacey Plaskett was getting instructed by Jeffrey Epstein.

Larry Summers was a close friend of Jeffrey Epstein.

Trump released the files. Biden didn’t.

    Epstein was a Democrat.

    Epstein was a pedophile.

    Why vote Democrat?

  15. I'm not convinced we're going to see the names of any powerful people who were involved. This country simply does not hold powerful men accountable. We have no reason to believe that this situation will be any different.

  16. If anyone is guilty of any crime while enjoying Epstein’s horrible life, they should be jailed and stripped of their status. This is not difficult folks, you either don’t support any pedophiles or you do support them.

  17. That’s never going to happen while dt is president..the majority of the rapists are his “friends”. 🇺🇸😪

  18. Seize their wealth and assets. Distribute all of it to every victim named in files or shown in videos.

Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ Given our history, we’ll elect one POTUS and allow him to stuff his Cabinet with the rest?

  20. the old-fashioned way. arrest/detain/question/charge/try and, where found culpable, incarcerate wealthy/connected pedo abusers.

  21. In the UK there would have been an independent police investigation into the Epstein files with no political interference from whichever party is in power.

Has this happened or will it happen in the US?

  22. Seize assets, ALL assets. Throw their asses in prison for a minimum of 10 years

It’s a matter of establishing a judicial process for rapes of children & young ppl, rape in general of all ppl in USA

Automatic seizing of assets, prison, public exposure

    Award MultiMillion payouts to victims

  23. We will spend the next 20 years listening to legal arguments as to why the evidence is inconclusive from the best law firms in the country.

  24. Just a suggestion, go after state crimes prosecuted by the State district attorney to avoid pardons. If outside statutes of limitations go for civil prosecutions and make the billionaires, millionaires and the millionaires normal with huge debts.

  25. If there's anything that points toward criminal action, it will prompt investigations (ad infinitum), indictments, trials, appeals, etc., etc. With the vast amounts of money available to most of them, they can drag it out in perpetuity. We, & the survivors, may not live long enough to see justice!😡

  26. We just had a state sponsored dinner where all the oligarchs of the USA showed up to welcome MBS. There is no moral code or consequences of action for these folks. Only money.

  27. I say it’s time to start putting women in charge of making and upholding the laws about SA. Men clearly can’t b trusted to do it

  28. They won’t. At the most they will step down from “public” positions and then still be doing everything they always were doing. They will continue to have their money which will allow them to go on living the same lives.

  29. We’ve witnessed in real time that the U.S. is without doubt a two tiered justice system.

Color me shocked if anyone of gross financial means is brought to justice.

I am starting to wonder if the initial inquiries were supposed to “disappear” in time, but that victims were resolute and vocal…

  30. With a sentence corresponding to their crimes. Should be no more or less than how others would be treated if they had committed the same crime.

  31. Will we even? I’m doubtful. I think they’ll just retroactively lower the age of consent instead. They’ve already been discussing it. My faith in men to do the right thing, based on historical precedent, is zero.

I don't think they will ever be held accountable by the law but I do think there will be public shaming and these people will not be welcomed at many places anymore.

O but Timmy Has his whole Life ahead and in good school

  34. There won't be any accountability. Just like there hasn't been in the last decade or so.

  35. What does one do to a GD bank robber?! A mass shooter? If these fucks do not go to prison then America is truly lost, and a GD bad joke.

And … Epstein transported and housed underage girls on many properties and no one else saw them? NDA’s for employees are unenforceable for employer’s criminal behavior. Chauffeurs, pilots, cabin attendants, yacht captains, yacht crews, housekeeping staff, gardeners, etc., all saw these girls.

  37. I personally do not care about the political party affiliation that was involved. I want to know names. I don't care if it includes members of the Supreme Court, current or past administrations.

We are a country of laws, and no one is above the law. Otherwise our form of government does not work.
