  1. In my 20s back in the cough1990scough I used to switch between two stations: the Classic Rock station, that played mostly 70s rock, and the New Rock Alternative. Now the songs from both all appear on the Classic Rock station.

  3. I tried thinking of early 2000's songs and kept coming up with stuff from the 90's. I gotta go rub some A535 on my joints and eat some metamucil now.

  4. I work (volunteer) for a classic rock radio show (public radio) and every year I have a “Class of” show in January. This year was the class of 2025 (included Coldplay’s Yellow) because that was TWENTY FIVE YEARS AGO, the definition of classic. Next year? Well, Shrek came out in 2001…

  5. Now I know how my parents must have felt when the radio was talking about their "classic hits of the 80s" when I was a kid. Which was closer to the 80s than we are to the 00s now and excuse me while I go cry for a minute.
