  1. As THEY literally are trying to engineer a military coup (but Trump would remain in charge, paradoxically). A coup on US.

  2. Treasonous to invite the military to follow the law and honor their oath? Telling, at least.

  3. It is not illegal to disobey military orders if the orders are illegal; Military are legally obligated to refuse orders that are clearly unlawful under UCMJ, if it violates the U.S. Constitution & directs a service member to commit a crime or unethical act.

  4. Listening to MAGA on talk radio lose their nuts because they claim there wasn’t a specific order that the war hero politicians references, this they think they all committed treason. Radio hosts asks if it’s justified for DJT to want is congresii a, opponents murdered. None of the callers said no.

  5. if this administration really thought what they were doing was constitutional, instead of freaking out & threatening Democrats w/ arrest & possible execution, they’d have waited till asked about i, then calmly said “we support military upholding constitution & wouldn’t dream of violating it”

When a judge ruled that FOX has no legal obligation to report the truth that's all you need to know about FOX and its Media ilk. Money trumps integrity.

  7. “When the president does it, that means it’s not illegal.” Nixon, and now SCOTUS.

Does this mean that the president can’t issue an illegal order? Sounds like that’s the WH interpretation of Trump v United States.

Has Roberts tied our hands by unbinding the president to the law?

  8. Who put out a video asking members of the military to refuse illegal orders without naming the illegal orders that the military is suppose to refuse? Talk about absurdity this is it.

  9. Disagreeing with Trump isn't insurrection.

Telling people to follow the law isn't insurrection.

I'm being threatened by the POTUS and there's nothing I can legally do about it.

  13. All journalists worth that title should ask those Right-wing media what exactly is treasonous about advising armed forces to refuse illegal orders. Would they advise those people to follow illegal orders? Like those hanged at Nuremberg?

  14. Oh goodness! Calm down GOPers! The video is just a friendly reminder to military and civilians that we are living in a lawless regime right know. No transparency, hence we can only guess what they really say and do.

  15. Fox News weirdos are ignorant as the King. The lawmakers were correct and legitimately voiced concerns about military members carrying out unlawful orders. All military members take an oath that specifically states that you will follow LAWFUL orders.

  17. Why can't they sue Fox for defamation (I know not exactly fitting here), something? They are openly lying and putting their lives in danger.

  18. Ha ha they’re so worried. - they should be because I think the military is going to turn on them. But it won’t be because lawmakers made a video! Because of their seditionist acts they will refuse then arrest these ass hats! What needs to happen!

  19. The same people carried Trump’s j6 “perfect speech” and ignored his “perfect phone call” pressuring Georgia election officials to overturn the will of their voters.

  20. Trump and apparently a lot of republicans do not understand that the oath is to the constitution and not the president. Trump himself said “I don’t know” when asked if he has a responsibility to uphold the constitution.
