  1. Detaining people in poor conditions w/o due process wasn’t reason enough. If only SCOTUS Justices and federal judges were as interested in preserving democracy, upholding the Constitution and holding Trump accountable for wrongdoing as this federal judge is about preserving the Florida Everglades.

  2. What's kind of fucked up about this ruling, as positive as it is over-all, is that it's implied we're only closing it cause it's bad for the environment, and not also because it's a huge human rights violation concentration camp on U.S. soil.

  3. Glad for Seminole tribes who must have prior word here as they built a solid long-standing relationship with the Florida land, including the Everglades which is central to their identity, a natural system they view as vital to their survival & prosperity, and which they actively work to conserve✊️

  4. Suspect Trump admin always knew Fed Judge would never let it go ahead, but opened it any way because they were more interested creating a news story about deliberately abusing human rights which tickled the funny bone of MAGA cult & distracted them from Epstein list than keeping it open

  5. Until they cherry pick another judge to overturn that and give these criminals what they want all over again.
