He has limitations but plays with confidence and looks to push the ball down the field. He’d definitely be capable of a high-variance game or two where he lights it up, whereas Trubisky will never throw for more than 145 yards in a regular season start ever again.

  1. High variance is the only thing that will win you games if Josh goes down. I feel like it's a situation where Trubisky at QB2 would be preferred to finish a game where Josh got hurt. But I'd rather have someone else be the backup who starts the next game.
