Mark, in general, I think you’re one of the better ones, but on this, the public shouldn’t have to incentivize the richest of the rich to fix society’s problems. Social programs should have the resources (and oversight) to do it without having to play games or curry favour.
Yes. And in order to fund those programs, these “altruistic” billionaires must be dragged kicking and screaming into paying their fair share of taxes.
