Religious non-profits need to sue - this is a requirement to discriminate in the provision of aid.

And if they cannot stop this policy, they should forego government grant money rather than agree to turn away people in need because the government disfavors them

This is evil.

Even on the "merits," it would only serve to slow aid and harm everyone.

I find it difficult to justify even entertaining taking the grants if this is a condition.
