At our gym, the male trainers will randomly compete with the kettlebells while laughing their asses off and having fun.
My son gets huge support from them and his fellow trainees.
It’s a broey, wholesome vibes.
What’s funny is men in the fitness community already know this. And serious lifters know 99% of public positive affirmations they get is from other men who are regulars at their gym. Gym culture is actually weirdly wholesome tbh.
