I'd argue that Trump finished off Vegas. Most of the damage was self-inflicted and rooted in greed. Check-in fees, parking fees, $10 bottles of water, resort fees...screw you, Vegas.

I agree. Parking was free at every casino when I live there in the 1990’s. I was shocked they charged at every single casino when I visited a few years ago. Guess they would rather have that parking money than have you gamble in their casino.
