Is DHS proposing to amend the Constitution on their own? Article 5 says, very clearly (on the subject of due process required to deprive a person's liberty) NO PERSON! There is no adjective to "filter" person. Just, PERSON. What is difficult for them to understand. They understand but don't care.

Direct your State Governments to unalign your Police Forces from DHS and prevent cooperation with them. Make it unlawfull for any police force to wear masks. Inform ICE that anyone who executes warrantless seizures and who do so masked are liable to arrest by local police forces. Then arrest them.
