Yeah, look there will need to be a designated facility. Theres too many of them, and they're so intensely criminal gen pop would get them killed. Or, gen pop is an option. Work detail would be ideal to get these sick scum some fresh air and sunlight, which they are presumably allergic to. Gitmo?
