It's pretty sad that this is the only successful legal angle right now (instead of you know, arguing about it being a concentration camp) but I guess it's better than nothing.
Just 8 years ago, MAGA senators showed up at Trump's 1st round of concentration camps, which at the time, were forking off young people away from their parents. Since at the time, a certain Florida congressman had his own immigrant adoptee to show off, others hurried to Texas to pick out their own!
