Biden isn't and was never as dementia riddled as Trump, and if you think so you just ate the right wing bullshit.
Trump has been incoherent for a long time. When he has a mental failure he stays verbose because he refuses to stop, and doesn't care about losing his thoughts like anyone else would.
While guys like Mitch and Biden suddenly stop when they realize their thoughts have stopped, because they're thoughtful and deliberate like most people are and care about their own coherence and what they're saying, Trump just continues on a new thread without the slightest care or concern.
