Well, on a good note, I managed to do 4/5 of a PLF when the stepladder tipped out from under me.
The fifth point of contact was interrupted by the equipment I fell into.
No major injuries apparent, but I should probably stay off the ladder until my wife gets home.
Whoa! Glad you’re ok but jesum crow… I spent half my working life on staging, ladders and roofs without the benefit of fall protection. Only fell once, think my face hitting every rung of the extension ladder broke my fall, but I was out cold when I hit the ground. Be safe out there.
