This basically means that trans men are excluded, practically, from almost all spaces. And that legitimate aim is so broad as to be impossible to challenge
It seems rife for mallicious compliance if you now have to provide a birth certificate to use a toilet & an acceptable justification for demanding this is “we just know”. I’m sure that won’t end with complaints

The previous system was also ripe for malicious compliance: Many women, when harassed in a bar, escape to the loo. When a man follows them in, they previously could not challenge him. As a woman, I need to be able to ask him to leave. I wd b happy with a 3rd/ unisex space - as we have at work.
