it had the best community discord i’ve ever seen, in terms of its structure and presence from the team

i made actual online friends there (we’d play the game together and others today) and i cannot overstate how exceptionally rare something like that is

it felt like the “nicer” days of XBL imo

reflecting on things it’s very obvious you can’t put that much money into any MP shooter that tried to break away from convention, and the art direction being for a sicko like me means it’s not for the mass-market

makes me miss early days of MP shooters; what’s viable today seems /extremely narrow/
