This is a guy who lies about all his numbers, from the size of his condo in NYC to his own height and weight. So it’s no surprise he wants to lie about economic numbers now.
Trump lies all the time but numbers especially are unsatisfying to him. No number Trump has ever uttered has ever been accurate, not even close. He compulsively exaggerates them and once is never enough. If you track the numbers he cites, they get higher, daily.
