Cuomo is making the case he’s out of touch with that. $2k is still an outrageous amount for a living space for most folks. That gets you a mansion in most of America.

Sitting in a 3000 sq ft place in Georgia for ~$2k right now. Mansion it isn’t but way more room than a NYC apartment and you get a yard.
