Shut it down. Filibuster any funding for ice, tack on bans for any funny business with domestic use of marines/national guard. Might as well claw back the Medicaid, NIH, NSF funds while you’re at it. Explicitly prohibit tariffs not authorized by Congress. All that in 300 characters. Easy
