  1. I hope they were convicted on state charges. Because if the charges were federal, I’m sure pos trump will pardon these redneck racists in time to get them home for Christmas.

  2. I cannot believe this case was still festering; I thought it was done and settled. Very glad to hear they’ll not see the light of day nor taste freedom for the rest of their lives.

  3. One should remember that these three men were also convicted of Felony Murder and other charges in STATE court, and are rightfully serving mandatory life sentences for these STATE charges.

This federal appeal, which thankfully failed, was about trying to justify their racism.

  4. Good x1000. There's nobody whiter than me and I'm 100% on the side of justice. These dudes would do this to anyone they didn't like for any reason.

  5. That sad sad video was a pure display of animal behavior and nothing more complicated than that. In fact, animals don't exhibit the hate and cruelty these guys did. They have better sense and control.

  6. They assumed the current Rise of The Rednecks meant they’d be acquitted on appeal or get a pardon…then invited to “use their skills and experience” by working for ICE. Nah, fellerz…y’all are staying where you’re at NOW. 😹😹😹

  7. There can be no justice in response to a life taken but I hope each of them is someone's little prison bitch.

  8. Fantastic.

This was one of the most infuriating trials I’ve watched and the best group of sentencing hearings. They could pretend to steel themselves but they were not, in fact, prepared. Oh well 💅🏼

  9. I lived in Brunswick when this happened. It’s a very corrupt place. Proud to have protested at the courthouse against the crooked DA Jackie Johnson. Ms. Wanda said she would get justice for her son. Glad to see these convictions upheld.

  10. I want to say “no worries, Drumpf will pardon them.”

Hoping he can’t because it’s was a state prosecution?

  11. I was getting a PM on my truck at the Atlanta Petro when the first jury decision came out. I openly cried with relief. Right now im reading this at Love's while getting a PM on my truck; once again im openly tearing up in relief.

  12. Gratifying to know you can’t chase a guy with your truck and gun them down without suffering some consequences.

    I hope it wasn’t a close call.

  14. Great!!! Bunch of white sanctimonious creeps. They remind me of 45/47 and his ICE. DISPOSE OF ALL OF THEM!!!

  15. Disgusting filthy bigots. Collectively they don't possess a fraction of Ahmaud's compassion, intelligence and class. Pigs like them always want to drag others down to make their worthless asses feel better.

  16. May the Arbery family find peace after the devastating loss of their brother, son and uncle and the ensuing trials and appeals of the men that killed him.

  17. Racists always say "I'm not racist"

Even interviews with KKK members who shoot black people on sight on their property say "...I'm not racist" and believe themselves

    "Not racist" is racist

The opposite of racism is "anti-racism" which is confronting racism directly

    "Not racist" is complicit

  18. Don’t let #OrangeIdiot pardon them or anyone! Taxpayers pay for the courts to help take violent offenders off the streets. No demented evil criminal #Potus should NOT have the right to undo the court’s decisions. Hate crimes are especially disturbing. Guns the right for idiots to own without need!!

  19. These are prime candidates for high-level positions in the criminal Republican regime running our country.

  20. Arbery LOOKED like a trouble maker and low-life. These guys LOOK like fine upstanding citizens. Looks can be deceiving. Don't judge until you dig deeper.

  21. Waiting for the Supreme Orange Leader to pardon them, invite them to the WH, and assist them in suing the Country for pain and suffering. This is America 2025! Welcome to hell.

  22. Death penalty all of them. This shit is beyond ridiculous to still let happen to this day. You have no regard for another human life then you forfeit yours as well. How about that?

  23. They need to have a "go fund me" page and hopefully raise about 5 mill ea. Give it to trump. Trump won't care that they are racist murderers. He will probably offer a discount. No matter what, $5 mill will get 'em sprung. Violence won't even be a factor. If it is, CA$H trumps it every time.

  24. Ah, they figured now was their time to be set free with the other racists so they could sue for $50 million

  25. I remember the video of that murder.

They actually had another man recording it. If not, they might have evaded justice.

Racism and stupidity. Thankfully they go hand in hand.

  26. Thankfully even if Trump dares pardon them, they're going to be in prison forever because they were convicted of STATE crimes, which can't be pardoned by the FOTUS.

  27. Ahmaud Arberry

I'm so sorry This murder Is seared into me. "McLean..." Played violin and was a loveable young person. I feel like an eyewitness. A century ago did thoughtful news consumers ever consider themselves witnesses? AI propaganda is taking away the trust.

  28. In the earlier photos they had the look of three guys caught in a cluster-fuck in a one hole outhouse. This guy was also observed lurching from the scene.

  29. Lucky for them because Federal prison is more humane than inside the State prison they COULD be serving time

  30. About goddamn time. How many times do you have to see that video before you want to throw those guys off the cliff ? One of the most horrendous things I've ever seen, and the most horrendous thing I've ever seen in this country. 'course I'm gettin' old. My memory skips a few things.

  31. I will never in my life forget the words of defense attorney Laura Hogue, who insulted Arbery by talking about his supposed “dirty toenails.”

Unless she sincerely changes and expresses deep repentance, I hope the infamy of those horrible words follows her for life.
